I already have campaigns on Google Adwords, a lot of new visitors, but i do not recognize a boost of sales!?

How long do they stay for which keywords?
Which combination of keywords did they use to find your page?
Which keywords should be excluded from search? (You HAVE to exclude keywords!)
What is the best time to activate your campaigns? Do you really need to advertise 24h?
Which are the best regions to advertise?
Do you use targets in your campaigns and keywords?

These are only smoe of the questions you should be able to answer. To get the optimal performance of your campaigns, you need to start with a huge datebase of keywords and from week to week you approach your best performance by analyzing and optimizing you weekly (or even daily) statistics!
